Pay: $40-$55 based on experience for direct and indirect hours

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, school-based position in Moss Point, MS. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on speech and language goals and strategies
- Support students in developing communication skills to succeed academically and socially
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Current state licensure in Mississippi (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of IEP development and special education procedures
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, staff, and families
