Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - K-5th caseload or HS
Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Milford area. This role will have you working with K-5th grade or high school students for the entire school year, making a profound impact on their communication skills and overall educational experience. Caseload options will be based on availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Provide direct therapy and interventions in individual or group settings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CT SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
