Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elementary School

Soliant Health is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist for an elementary school in Upland, PA, dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment for our students. Committed to providing comprehensive education, we are currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of our elementary school students. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborating with teachers and parents to create personalized intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide support and resources.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the special education team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Pennsylvania state license for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
