Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Location: Elementary School Caseload
Soliant is currently seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time position with an elementary caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on students' communication abilities and academic success. This role involves working with students to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, and providing support through individualized therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and services
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active NC SLP license
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
