Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) at Soliant Health in Jacksonville, FL, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to students. You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to enhance communication skills and improve the quality of life for your clients.
Location:
- Multiple across Jacksonville, FL depending on preference and availability (1-2 locations max)
Preferred Caseload:
- Elementary, Middle, High
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine communication and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing evidence-based therapy interventions
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing education and support to clients and their families
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting (CFY candidates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
