Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in Greenfield, IN, for the upcoming school year. This full-time position involves managing a caseload of PreK-3rd grade students, providing high-quality speech and language therapy services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and be committed to helping students achieve their communication goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills for PreK-3rd grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
