Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Dublin, CA. This full-time position is for the entire school year and involves working closely with students, parents, and school staff to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
