Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our school team in Brentwood, CA. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of professionals and have the support of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech, language, and communication needs of students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Supervise and provide guidance to SLPAs as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active California SLP license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
