Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position within school districts in the Bound Brook, NJ area. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about making a difference in students' lives through effective communication and language intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
