The Details

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay of $45–$51/hour, whether you work onsite or remotely.
  • Remote Advantage: As a 1099 contractor, a tax accountant can help you maximize earnings with additional tax benefits.

Onsite Positions (W2):

  • Full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) options, and paid time off.
  • Work directly in school settings, building meaningful connections with students and staff.

Remote Positions (1099):

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere while delivering impactful services via teletherapy. (no health benefits package) 
  • Gain access to top-notch teletherapy tools and support to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking passionate professionals who meet the following requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure in the location you wish to work.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

What You’ll Do

As a ProCare Therapy SLP, you’ll:

  • Assess and treat students with a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that foster measurable progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and compliance with school and state regulations.
