Mat Leave Coverage- School Speech Language Pathologist
We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Ladson, SC; located an half hours drive from both the beautiful city of Charleston and the sandy shores of the Isle of Palms.
In this role, you will work with students in a school setting to provide speech and language therapy services to support their academic and social success for the upcoming school year.
- Late September - December 2024
- Maternity Leave Coverage
- Full Time Opening, 37.5- 40 hours/week
- K-8th Caseload, additional details provided within interview with district directors
- Guaranteed hours and weekly pay, stipend packages and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of speech and language therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited university
- Active or Pending South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License or Ability to Obtain Upon Offer
- ASHA certified applicants and Clinical Fellowships are highly encouraged to apply
