Immediate Hire - Onsite Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Needed near Watertown, MA

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team in Middlesex County, MA. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide support services to students with speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
