Full Time Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (Experience Preferred) - In Sealy, TX
Soliant Education is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions near Sealy, TX, for the 2025-2026 school year. Job Description:
As a School-Based SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to students with speech and language challenges. Your role will focus on supporting students in developing the communication skills they need for academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of therapy plans designed by the supervising SLP
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Support students with articulation, fluency, and language development interventions
Document student progress and communicate updates to the SLP and school staff
Assist with screenings and evaluations as directed
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to optimize student success
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Active Texas SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Prior school or pediatric experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
