Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for a full-time, school-based position in Santa Clara, California for the 2025–2026 academic year. Position Overview:

Schedule: School hours, Monday–Friday

School Year: 2025–2026
Job Duties:
-
Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Implement IEP goals and document student progress
-
Participate in school meetings and communicate with staff and parents
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
SLPA Requirements – California:
-
Associate’s degree (or higher) from an approved SLPA program
-
Valid California SLPA license from the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board
-
At least one year of experience in a school or pediatric therapy setting
-
Understanding of IEP implementation and school-based therapy practices
