Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Full-Time School-Based Role
Salem, OR
We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a dynamic school team and help students achieve their communication goals. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to support students in building critical skills that will set them up for success in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Follow individualized therapy plans to help students meet communication milestones
- Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with school guidelines
- Partner with school staff to support students’ academic and social development
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting
- Current SLPA license or certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
