Location: Near Lebanon, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time (Multiple Openings Available)
Compensation: Competitive, Based on Experience ($28 - $37/hour)
About the Role:
Join a supportive and dynamic educational team near Lebanon, OR, as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). With multiple openings available, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students across various school levels enhance their communication skills. You’ll work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver effective interventions and support students’ progress in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans.
- Provide direct services to students in individual and group settings.
- Support progress monitoring and document student performance.
- Prepare materials and activities for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators and families to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
