Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for K-12th Grades

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work with students in the Lansdale, PA school district for the remainder of the school year. This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time hours, with the possibility for renewal based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of speech therapy services under the direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Conduct speech and language screenings and help with assessments
- Provide therapy support in small groups or one-on-one settings
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support speech and language development
- Help students achieve their speech and language goals as part of a collaborative team
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
- Current Pennsylvania State SLPA License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position Details:
- Flexible Full or Part-Time hours available
- Hourly contract position
- Immediate start, continuing through the end of the school year with the possibility for renewal
- Competitive hourly rate
