Position Details:

- Location: Independence, OR (and surrounding areas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Conduct therapy sessions in small groups or one-on-one settings
- Support early childhood students with speech and language delays or disorders
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Oregon SLPA license required
- Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
