Schedule: Monday-Friday (Onsite)
Job Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Hudson, NH for the upcoming school year. This full-time position involves working with a 2nd-5th grade caseload, providing speech and language therapy services in a school-based environment. The position will also require servicing preschool students as needed and providing support within an ABA self-contained program. The ideal candidate must have school-based experience and an active SLPA NH licensure.
Responsibilities:

Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing therapy services to students in grades 2nd-5th and preschool as needed.

Implement therapy plans and interventions developed by the supervising SLP.

Conduct speech and language screenings under the direction of the SLP.

Record and track student progress, providing feedback to the SLP.

Maintain student records and progress notes in compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards.

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ communication goals.

Support students in both individual and group therapy settings, including within an ABA self-contained program.

Participate in IEP meetings and assist in tracking and reporting student progress.
Requirements:

Active SLPA licensure in New Hampshire.

Previous experience in a school setting, working with elementary-aged students.

Comfort and experience working with preschool-aged students as needed.

Familiarity with ABA self-contained programs and strategies.
-
Ability to implement therapy plans and techniques as outlined by a licensed SLP.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
-
District fingerprints required prior to employment.

Must be able to participate in Zoom interviews.
