Job Description: Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This is an immediate start position for the remainder of the school year, offering flexible hours on a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Support in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans to address students' communication challenges.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
