Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Coldspring, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, where you will contribute to the development and success of our students. The ideal candidate will work closely with a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential services to students in need of speech and language support.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA license
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support students in developing their speech and language skills
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to promote student success
