About the Position
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team near Booth, TX! This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students from Pre-K through 12th grade by supporting their speech and language development in a collaborative school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in delivering therapy services to students.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Help students improve their speech, language, and social communication skills.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Proficiency in technology for documentation and virtual therapy if needed.
