Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Job
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for a full-time position with school districts in the Auburn, WA area. This opportunity is available for the current school year, with renewal options based on performance.
Position Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Active Washington SLPA License issued by the Department of Health

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant studies or a related field
-
Compliance with Washington State educational employment requirements, including fingerprinting and background checks
-
Previous experience working with children or within a school setting is preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing therapy services to students
-
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP
-
Support students with speech and language disorders in a school-based setting
-
Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student success
