Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Westland, MI. This school-based role involves working directly with students to enhance their communication skills, supporting their academic and personal success.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details will be discussed during the interview).
- Location: Onsite in Westland, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students according to their IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support each student's progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Michigan state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
- School-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
