About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with preschool students in West Orange, NJ. This 3-day-per-week position offers a fantastic opportunity to support early childhood speech development in a school-based setting.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Part-time (3 days per week)
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (6-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Caseload: Preschool students
- Location: West Orange, NJ (onsite only)
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to preschool students
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized therapy plans
- Work alongside teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Maintain IEP documentation and progress tracking
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in preschool or early childhood settings preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
