Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school district in Washington, D.C. for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to work in an educational setting, providing essential speech and language services to students in need.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, contract
- Hourly Pay Rate: $48 - $58 per hour (depending on experience)
- Location: Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Washington, D.C. SLP License (or ability to obtain before the start date)
- ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
- Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
