Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Walla Walla, WA, for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year. This full-time, contract role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ communication abilities and overall academic success.
As a Bilingual SLP, you will work with a diverse student population, providing culturally and linguistically appropriate speech and language services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP who is fluent in English and another language to contribute meaningfully in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group speech therapy to bilingual students with a variety of communication disorders.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication challenges.

Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Washington state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Bilingual fluency in English and another language (Spanish preferred).

School-based experience is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
