Responsibilities:
- Perform remote speech and language evaluations
- Establish and manage individualized student therapy plans
- Collaborate actively with parents, guardians, and school staff
- Document student growth and revise plans based on progress
- Provide ongoing advice and assistance to caregivers
- Master's Degree in SLP
- Current California SLP license
- Two years’ minimum school-based experience
- Preferred experience with remote therapy platforms
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Personal computer with fast internet (tablets and Chromebooks not allowed)
- 1099 Employment Contract
- Set weekly hour minimums
- Consistent hourly rate across all work types
- Follows regular school-day schedules
- Access to clinical support and tech troubleshooting
