Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist - Work from Home Opportunity
Soliant is excited to announce an amazing opportunity to work with a North Carolina School District as their Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is a full-time teletherapy position, working from home. The caseload will consist of k-12 students with mild to moderate needs. Duties would include but are not limited to determining eligibility for special education and assess the impact of potential impairment to make recommendations regarding their support needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students and complete screenings for suspected disabilities
- Work with and evaluate students daily in a k-12 school setting
- Create IEP’s for each student based on individual needs and state standard
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to manage speech-language services
- Communicate with the school and parents on progress and updates
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Recent school-based experience (2 years minimum)
