Position Description:
We are searching for a highly motivated and empathetic Speech-Language Pathologist in California. As a Teletherapy School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will deliver online speech and language therapy services to K-12 students. This 1099 contract position offers flexibility and a unique opportunity to work with a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint students' speech and language needs.
- Craft and implement tailored therapy plans to address communication disorders.
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions via our intuitive teletherapy platform.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in essential virtual meetings and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possess valid state licensure in California as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Maintain ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience working in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ensure a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with video conferencing capabilities.
