Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Virtual Position in Delaware
Hourly Pay: $46–$51 | Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time | Remote
Contract Duration: January – Spring 2025 (With Option to Extend)

Join our team to provide virtual therapy services and foster academic and personal growth in K-12 students.
Position Overview:
- Hourly Rate: $46–$51, depending on experience
- Work Schedule: Full-time or part-time availability
- Location: 100% remote, conducting therapy online
- Caseload: Serve K-12 students with a wide range of speech and language needs
- Contract Type: Independent contractor (1099)
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtual Therapy: Conduct individualized speech therapy sessions tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Assessments & Evaluation: Administer virtual speech and language evaluations to identify areas of difficulty and create targeted treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with families, teachers, and school staff to design and implement personalized strategies for student success.
- Behavioral Support: Develop and implement strategies to address communication challenges and any associated behavioral issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and eligibility for or active Delaware state license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with students and educational teams.
- Technology: Comfortable using online platforms (Zoom, etc.) for virtual therapy and assessments.
