Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Virtual Opportunity in Delaware
Hourly Pay: $46–$51 | Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time | Remote
Contract Duration: January – Spring 2025 (With Optional Extension)

In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide virtual therapy services to students across Delaware, supporting their academic and personal growth.
Position Overview:
- Pay Range: $46–$51 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available
- Location: 100% remote, with virtual therapy sessions
- Caseload: Work with K-12 students of all ages and speech needs
- Contract: Independent contractor (1099)
Responsibilities:
- Virtual Speech Therapy: Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions, adjusting strategies for each student's unique needs.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct thorough virtual speech and language assessments to identify challenges and develop treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Partner with parents, educators, and school staff to create and implement individualized plans to support students' success.
- Behavioral Strategies: Design and implement effective strategies to address communication disorders and related behavioral challenges.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), with eligibility for or an active Delaware state license.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a school or pediatric environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educational teams.
- Technology: Comfortable using virtual platforms (Zoom, online tools, etc.) for assessments and therapy sessions.
