Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Alabama SLP license
-
Alabama State Department of Education certification (or willingness to obtain)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred

Typical Job Duties:

Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

Provide direct and consultative services to students in individual and group settings
