Description:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Stanton, KY. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to students within a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans and interventions based on assessment results to address individual student goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, focusing on improving communication skills.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and achievement.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Kentucky state license or certification as an SLP.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
