Soliant Education is looking for a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Stanley, NC for the remainder of the school year. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules, allowing you to make a significant impact on students’ communication development.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP in North Carolina
- ASHA certification is a plus
- Previous experience in school settings or working with children preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer speech and language evaluations, screenings, and therapy services
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech-language disorders
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Keep thorough records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and outcomes
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
