Immediate opening: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in St Louis, MO
 
A school district in St. Louis, MO has a full-time position for a school Speech Language Pathologist. Additional details follow.
• Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
• Elementary Caseload
• 2 sites
 
SLPs with their ASHA Certificate, as well as SLPs on their Clinical Fellowship, are welcome to apply. In addition to a valid professional license issued by the state of Missouri, SLPs interested in practicing in schools will need to obtain an Initial Student Services Certificate. Requirements of this certificate include getting a MO-approved score on the PRAXIS exam, and the recommendation of a designated official for teacher education in the college or university.
 
St. Louis is home to numerous breweries and its own style of barbecue, which is slowly getting recognition in its own right. If you like beer, get ready for spring events like Repeal of Prohibition Beer Fest in April, and the Microfest Beer Festival in May.
