Part-Time | Preschool Caseload | Multiple Sites
About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide preschool speech services in Springfield, MA. This part-time role offers flexibility, with 4 days per week preferred, but 2-day schedules will be considered. The position involves working at up to 5 locations and will run immediately through June 18, 2025. Additionally, the district will be hiring full-time SLPs for the 2025-2026 school year.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Part-time (4 days preferred, 2 days considered)
- Location: Springfield, MA
- Caseload: Preschool students
- Sites: Up to 5 locations
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 18, 2025
- Future Opportunity: Full-time role available for Fall 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams
- Travel between multiple preschool sites to provide services
- Maintain accurate documentation and IEP compliance
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Ability to travel between multiple school locations
