NEW Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed Near Southlake, TX!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team near Southlake, TX. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to help students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students

Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans

Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Address a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
-
Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student achievement
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions and goal setting
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:

Prior experience working in a school-based setting

Familiarity with IEP development and special education procedures
