Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Somerville, TN
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Somerville, TN area. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives by providing support in speech and language development.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local qualifications, including:

A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
An active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Tennessee Department of Health
-
Certification from the Tennessee Department of Education for school-based practice (or eligibility to obtain)
-
A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
-
Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting preferred
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
