Location: Soledad, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based Contract
Pay Range: $40 - $55 per hour (based on experience)
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team in Soledad, CA for the 2025 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students in a supportive school environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details discussed during interview)
- Start Date: 2025 School Year
- End Date: End of the school year (with potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy services (for SLP)
- Implement individualized treatment plans for students (SLPA)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and track student progress
Qualifications:
- For SLP: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active licensure, ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- For SLPA: Active California SLPA licensure required
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
