Full Time Speech Pathologist (SLP) - Hiring Near Smithfield, Rhode Island

Soliant Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and CCC-certified professionals, for a full-time school-based position in Smithfield, RI. This is an excellent opportunity to provide speech and language therapy services in a collaborative school setting and support students in achieving their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings and progress tracking
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Rhode Island SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFYs encouraged to apply – supervision available!)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
Position Details:
- Full-time, school-based position
- Caseload varies (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Supportive team with mentorship for CFYs
