Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Location: Selbyville, DE

Contract: Short-Term (with potential to renew for 2025-2026 school year)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for an immediate opening in a school-based setting. The position can be either part-time or full-time based on your preference and availability. This is a short-term contract position with the possibility of renewal for the 2025-2026 school year.
As an SLP, you will provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students, managing a caseload and ensuring their communication needs are addressed. You will collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and success.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services for students on caseload
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure in Delaware
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hourly Rates: $50 - $60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
