Schedule: Part time - 20 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and caseload

Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Washington ESA credential
- At least 2 years of experience working with K-12 students
- Previous teletherapy experience is a plus
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) virtually
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities

Provide virtual behavior analysis services to K-12 students

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized BIPs

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Adapt behavior management strategies for an online learning environment
