Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the unique strengths and challenges of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and daily routines.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, documenting improvements and adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
- Provide professional guidance and support to staff on speech and language development techniques.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in the state of California and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping students thrive.
