Join Our Mission: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Saint Paul, MN
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This full-time, onsite position will involve working with students across a K-12 caseload who have speech and language needs, providing therapeutic services to help them succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
-
Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students' speech and language goals are met
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of students’ progress and treatment plans
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs
-
Provide counseling and guidance to students and families regarding speech and language development
-
Train and support staff on how to implement speech and language strategies in the classroom setting
-
Monitor and report on student progress toward therapy goals
Requirements:
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active SLP licensure in the state of Minnesota

Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff
-
Knowledge of speech and language disorders and current therapeutic interventions
-
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines
