Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a school-based position in Sacramento County, CA. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a supportive team and positively impact students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, therapy, and intervention for students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).
Experience & Skills:
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Familiarity with IEP development, speech therapy interventions, and progress tracking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive mentorship and supervision from an experienced SLP.
