Position Details:
- Location: Near Royal Oak, MI
- Caseload: Elementary school students
- Schedule: Full-time, aligned with the school calendar
- Pay Range: $38.00–$52.50 per hour, based on experience
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain detailed progress notes and reports to track student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
