Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed | Rockville, MD (Outside of DC) | School-Based
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Rockville, MD, conveniently located just outside Washington, DC. This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant school district, providing vital speech and language services to students.
Position Details:
- Location: Rockville, MD (Washington, DC metro area)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Job Type: Contract, onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Provide direct therapy to students and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student services
- Collaborate with a team of educators and support staff to enhance student success
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
