Soliant is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a school-based position in Rio Linda, CA. This opportunity allows you to work with students to enhance their communication skills in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, therapy, and intervention services for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and school district regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).
Experience & Skills:
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Familiarity with IEP development, therapy techniques, and progress tracking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive mentorship and supervision from an experienced SLP.
