Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Schedule: Guaranteed Hours, ASAP – End of the School Year
Caseload: K-12 students
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Richmond, VA. This full-time position offers guaranteed hours and provides an excellent opportunity to work with K-12 students in a supportive school setting. The position is available immediately and will continue through the end of the school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy for students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student progress and well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student development.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid state license.
- Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to start immediately and commit through the end of the school year.
